Chasing Echoes: Navigating Life’s Unanswered Questions

KEY TO THE MYSTERIES OF LIFE

Journeying Through Uncertainty, Embracing the Beauty of the Unknown.

By Daigo

We spend our life seeking answers.

If you pay close attention to the course of your life, it has always been a quest to find answers.

Answers to the question of survival, comfort and purpose.

Our life is an emergence to answer difficult questions every day.

When the question arises, we feel it is crucial to find the answer.

It can be a silly question like “What to make for dinner?” OR it might tackle a seemingly serious subject like “the origin of existence”.

Why do we have so many questions?

Is it good? Is it bad?

When you delve deeper into the allegory of the question, it doesn’t seem significant.

It feels essential in that moment but quickly forgotten once the answer is found.

Humans are curious animals. But once the mystery is found the question loses its lustre.

This points towards, how much value we should put into the quest.

All the questions you have are already been answered, there is nothing new to be added to whatever has been said before.

Yet, we entertain ourselves with the pendulum of question and answer.

The mind likes to engage itself in it. And you are deceived by the mind.

But questions at the same time can change the life of a seeker.

The Question

To live a life of fulfilment if the questions are directed inward instead of outward.

In a spiritual sense, questions are crucial.

To ask the right questions.

They help to dive deep into the core of a matter and reach its barebones.

Our premise, no matter where you are born or live, is a battleground.

A constant battle of Silence and Sound, a battle of stillness and chaos.

Questioning is the beginning of the self-inquiry.

Amid the chaos — “Who am I?”

If everything is constantly changing, is there something that has unchanging nature?

If everything else is moving, what is within that is unmoving?

What is reality and what is truth?

The Answer

Questions lead to answers and answers lead to questions.

We have been swimming on the surface for all since we were born, since aeons.

The self-enquiry leads to the final answer.

An answer that transcends the polarities of question and answer.

Truth.

Seeking truth is the real quest of life.

Enlightenment.

Although life carries on after enlightenment, it pauses at the moment of truth.

The grounds of the questioning disappear.

Truth is something that cannot be challenged.

Hence readers should not take my writing as a word as it can be challenged.

Neither, is what I speak as truth as it can be challenged.

What I do and what I act upon to convey the message is a forgery.

I break the silence when I speak about the silence.

Silence can express itself as silence.

“Nothing” it is true.

Our life is an empty promise of suffering until we find the true nature to be nothing.

Until you find the empty nature of the things around you and of the thoughts that arise from the nothingness.

Until you laugh out loud, looking at the castle in the sky we once thought was real.

Quest

All techniques will fail if you fail to understand the pendulum of mind.

The quest is oblivious.

There is nothing to find and there is nothing to seek.

There is no goal to attain no goal to detain.

The real quest is to stop the quest for questions and answers.

Sit still. Look. Realise.

And once you are realised, do not expect anything out of the realisation.

Let life be like a wild wind rushing through the farms, fences and the forest.

You will uncover the mysteries of the life.

You will discover places within that are enchanted.

You will find new horizons.

Nothing is everything.

The question, the answer and the quest to find the truth.
